Here at Complete Lending & Investments we understand that at times the broker is our true client. We encourage a mutually beneficial business relationship in all forms and fashions. With this being said, we encourage and promote broker submissions. Our web site is designed to give you all the information necessary to coordinate between us and your borrower. We encourage brokers to get us as much information upfront as possible so we can properly come to a decision on your transaction. Since Complete Lending & Investments was founded by brokers, we understand the challenges that you face. We have made a decision to separate ourselves from other commercial lenders in the fact that Complete Lending & Investments does not require a hefty upfront commitment fee. We have broken our commitment fee into two portions which are collected as the process moves forward. The first portion is collected once your loan has been qualified. A moderate underwriting fee is charged to assess your commitment to our process. We are not in the business of underwriting loans but are in the business of funding good loans to clients who merit and desire a construction loan. This improves our turn times, call volume, and service levels by weeding out brokers who send the same loan package to 20 lenders with the mentality that I will throw it on the wall and hopefully it will stick. The second portion, which are the third party reporting fees, are not collected until your client has passed the underwriting process.
