Complete Lending & Investments is operated by lending professionals specializing in commercial construction lending.  Our company believes in building beneficial relationships between developers and lending partners, filling a void left by other private lenders who claim to benefit small and mid-sized developers while charging 20 plus percent for doing so.  We believe a relationship must be beneficial for both parties for a true partnership to form and that a company is at its best when it is serving the client, not just beating the competition. 

Developers/builders who approach us for 'gap' (mid lien) loans vary in their needs. One developer may need the financing to get a project off the ground because of the low amount of the first loan. Other developers want to put their money to work for them several times over and have two projects on the ground - increasing their return on investment. Since we are backed by private money sources, we have the flexibility to make independent decisions that can adapt to each project.
